I must be the exception JB. Most of my life I have been just on the Lithium alone. The last four or five years I have been (to my regret) on Zyprexa 5 mg. I am coming off that now, very slowly, very gradually, very carefully. The days when I was on Lithium alone were the most productive and I think the happiest of my adult life. I was on 800 mg controlled release, then later and now 900 mg.

I reckon taking too many different tablets sucks but then some people need them and benefit from them.
