I hear you, the most important thing is definitely the antidepressant effect. Unfortunately, my pdoc does not treat the side effects as aggressively as i wish he would. I live in a relatively small area so finding a better/different pdoc is impossible. Certainly living with the side effects vs. the misery of horrible depression is a no brainer. Thanks for your imput.-Monte
