I agree with what others are saying here, that stimulant-type meds would probably be useful to you.

Dexedrine/dexamphetamine would likely help, though if Ritalin stopped working for you, it might also. I agree that provigil and adrafinil are good choices. Tianeptine can indeed by slightly helpful--I take it.

I do think Parnate is a good option (though rarely used and with many concerns associated with it). Also, possibly oral selegiline at modest doses (5-15mg). Maybe fish oil, too.

Prozac can be more activating and energizing than Paxil, which might help...
