Yeah, buspirone could cause TD...it is possible, although remote.

Tianeptine, on the other hand, wouldn't do that as it does give a mild boost to dopamine.

I've been on tianeptine for almost two years and in the beginning of treatment I did feel quite jittery as if I was having a chronic adrenaline rush (an unpleasant "rush"). That effect dissipated after about 1 week.

It happens if I increase the dose and that effect also lasts for a few days, then my body adjusts and I feel fine again. :-)

I think lorazepam (Ativan) will help you to feel calmer and is a good choice.
