Sometimes paroxetine can cause anxiety. Ever consider dropping it? You could maybe try replacing it with Remeron/mirtazapine, which has some fairly powerful anti-anxiety effects, and is also a good antidepressant. It's likely to make you tired though, especially at the beginning--powerful antihistamine. Could increase appetite, too.

Also, have you tried dexedrine or adderall. Reaction varies from person to person, but a substantial portion of people find it has less anxiety than Ritalin. If Ritalin gives you a good benefit, but has side-effects that you don't like, dexedrine is a good alternative. You'd have to try it and see, to find whether it worked for you. As a side-note, if you had any desire to go that way, dexedrine and adderall are very similar, but dexedrine is a little less likely to cause anxiety.

You could maybe add Buspar, but it's not as effective as valium or other benzodiazepines at relieving anxiety.

Maybe lowering the dose of Ritalin would help?
