Thanks- that makes sense! So, technically, at a dose like 50 mg, it's more of an anti-histamine (like Bendadryl) for sleep than a mood stabilizer?

I find that when I take it TOO soon before bed, I want to eat everything in the house. It's the same effect that Phenergan (which I take for severe nausea when I accidentally get gluten in my system- have celiac) has on me and Phenergan is an anti-nausea, antihistamine as well.

Ugg! I'm still trying to decide whether or not to increase the dose. I'm afarid I won't wake up!

Thank you so much, this info is really helpful!
