I am a big fan of trazodone--used it on a regular basis (3-4 times a week--25/50 mg)for 6-7 years with only a slight problem. If I used it nightly for several weeks I was more likely to have extra heart beats during and immediately after my morning run. This only happened when I was also taking SSRIs Good Luck and sound sleep
