Unfortantly most of my suggestions fall under alternatives,but......You probuably know most of them,
--- Taurine,countrly life makes a great brand,a calming amino which also aids in the over all prodction of gaba.
---- L Theanine hated by some,love by others,personaly noticed at first it made me angry HOWEVER,by days end i always looked back and saw it was a calmer one.This also effects alpha waves.
---- Phenibutt A lot of GHB users cycle with this,or use it for withdraw,a totaly legal supplement which effects bot gaba and pea levels.
---- Picamilion Gaba attactched to niacin,which aids it past the blood brain barrier.
