Zoloft has worked well for me on three occasions (2.5 years / 1 year / 10 months). I have at times augmented it with Fluanxol (which I am not sure I would recommend) and more recently, Wellbutrin. Omega-3 has helped. I have also benefitted tremendously from the system of Psycho-Cybernetics as developed by Maxwell Maltz, but of course, that is not medication.
