Lexapro and Celexa are probably the most tolerable SSRIs in terms of sexual dysfunction. Cymbalta often causes sexual dysfunction itself.
The antihistamine cyproheptadine (Periactin) can also be used to temporarily lower serotonin levels and reverse sexual dysfunction.
