I've read mixed reports regarding long-term use (which I'm assuming would fit for depression?).

Somewhere (possibly a few places) I'd read serotonin-like syndrome or some such can creep up after using it regularly for a while. I'd be curious if anyone had used it long-term (say 1 or 2 years + daily) without problems and what kind of dosage schedule they stuck to.
