oxycodone 20mg ER and oxycodone 20mg

Hi Everyone, Please drs or ed uk or medical person who knows for sure only say for sure- i love anyone to always write, nice things please though- not in a very good place,
What is the real difference between regular oxycodone- and the generic for oxycontin oxycodone ER?
i know that the ER last longer but what is the amount of medicine that is eqivilent?
i need to know because i ran out of breakthrough medicine before the ER and i want to keep within the same amount as much as i can. The 60mg three x a day isn't cutting the pain down enough and i will have extra ER , how can i add?
