You need to read the excellent website posted by tensor. Scroll up the page to tensor's thread on 12/4. The website is written by a psychiatrist with really good detailed info about bipolar stuff. It should shed some light for you. I believe you are bound to read something there that is relevant to yourself and that you will recognize it when you see it.
