I take 300mgs b.i.d., and without it i know i would be bedridden. If you suffer from depression/anxiety look into it. It actually is very activating, but the dose has to be 600 mgs a day. And it takes about 2-3 weeks of tapering to get the full effect. Low dose Lyrica actually is sedating, when you get to 400-600 mgs. it kicks in and is quite stimulating.
