So, are you not able to work right now? That is terrible. Some AD's have helped me, but I am not usually able to tolerate the side effects. A lot of them make me really hyper, and I have terrible insomnia on them. I have never been on a Benzo, unless you count Ambien, which I take 5 mg. every night to help me sleeep. Most of the time I'm able to cope pretty well. I am trying to walk every day now. The reason I want to try the patch is because of all of the stresses I have in my life right now.
