namaste declan

what a pleasure to read that wonderful phrase addressed to me :)

a later post has suggested that my wellbutrin & buspar may have pooped. I'm thinking they might be right but I don't know what to put in their place. Perhaps the tianeptine, though I'm not sure how my pdoc will feel about it. The last time I saw him, he said it was the lack of exercise & structure, NOT my meds, but knowing those things help and not being able to do them IS a sign they're not working anymore.

frustrating.. particularly as my circumstances ARE really stressful right now and the way they've affected me has been awful. Felled me right at the knees. If I'd been feeling better, I'd like to think I wouldn't have just gone down like this. Things feel REALLY hopeless.

to make it worse, a large part of my problem has to do with the state possibly interfering with the meds that DO work! I'm in a state of limbo waiting for a 'verdict'... sigh

as you take your tianeptine with valium, it does sound like it might work well with the rest of my meds

what time of day do you take it? and do you take it in divided doses?

I'm definitely going to look into it... hope it's not too expensive - my health insurance certainly won't cover it LOL

thanks again for your response.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving :)

namaste,
lilith

> I order it online as it is not available in Australia. My doctors know about it, and are OK with it. There are no side effects that I am aware of. I take it with Valium 7.5mg/d. I started on 3 tabs a day and have gone up to 4. It is (for me) very good for comfortless and bitter pessimism, to which I am prone. It is more or less energy neutral and has no negative effect sexually. It is short acting.
