Parnate can work for panic, but it can be a bit 'iffy' since its stimulant effect makes some people feel more anxious without a benzo. I've taken it with benzo and it worked quite well for motivation and brightening my mood. Maybe Parnate + Lyrica woud be good if you could find a pdoc willing to prescribe it?
Citalopram and excitalopram (Leapro) work well for panic in many people.
