What makes you so pessimistic about the possability that a different medication or combination of medications will help?
Have you tried alternatives like inositol augmentation of SSRI's.
I agree that depression typically puts the individual into a position of "all or nothing type of thinking" but for you to think that psychosurgery is your only option is incorrect.Linkadge
