NO real effect from Emsam but I was not overwhelmingly depressed when I started Emsam. I had already started Seroquel to counteract an increase in depression that Cymbalta triggered.
My goals for Emsam are a feeling of normalcy which I once experienced on Nardil and Marplan. This includes an ability to read and focus, increased self confidence and the desire to resume working. I would also like to be able to be more resilient to stressful events and not be completely disabled.
