Yeah, I'm already thinking about throwing in the towel. My pulse has almost doubled from 45 to 90.
Its not safe to tax the heart like this, esp long term. I feel like (I constantly feel like I have a piano recital in an hour.)
I don't think I can do it to myself.
Why oh why can't they just do better?
