Jay I'm sorry but I'm not perfect and either is my spelling. But ibuprophen is what I use and I would say Johnny if you want to try luvox it is a very good med without startup sideeffects at least for me. Paxil made me have diarrhea and I was in a hammock sleeping for three months til my body adjusted to it. I stand by the luvox recommendation. Love Phillipa ps caffeine creates anxiety
