I felt the same way after 3 weeks, but I gave it a couple more weeks. I asked my doctor to up it only to 112.5 mg so now i combine the 37.5 mg and the 75 mg everyday that helped alot. I have been on that dosage for 6 months. I will be comong off it soon my GAD has settled down abit. Takecare
