Just keep a few hours between the glass of wine or beer and the Trazodone. The synergistic CNS depression and plus Trazodone lowers your blood pressure, that's the primary issue in fainting.

But more depression and anxiety does lead to less sleep and greater insomnia due to a lot of different reasons including disturbing circadian rhythm and REM, and certainly makes sense.
