The dosages of Seroquel necessary to help with depression are more like 200mg and higher. 12.5mg might possibly help with anxiety or sleep, but even that might be too low. You could try it first to see, but you might then need to move up to 25-50mg h.s. or as a PRN. I am not aware of any contraindications to taking it with Valium.
