A 2 requires an immediate plan for action,in my 2 stage i use excess klonopin and get a cancelation to my doc asap,you should not be walking around at a 2,if a 2 exsists for more than a few days you need a immediate change on drugs fast,my opinion,but strong one,a 2 lands you in er,i dont even recomend going online with a 2,relax at home,the net can be depressing,i def would not come here on a 2,recently you made it more clear in some posts just how bad off you are,i was a little surprised,but i got there,i call it my black hole phases,went there last winter,i really think you should let down your guard and take action on a 2.
