Mostly, these things come in cycles: you'll have a period of asking for more from others, then periods where you feel better and can offer more to others. That's true for virtually everyone here, and we all pretty much know it happens.
If you feel as though you want some support, information, or encouragement, come and ask for it. Tell the board what's going on, and what you think will help you. You may not get exactly what you think you want -- sometimes sincere support from someone here might look like giving advice we don't want to hear, for instance -- but you'll certainly get something, and it's usually offered with heartfelt sincerity.
What happened with Link was different -- I do think it's worth pointing out that he was never asked to leave. He did receive some criticism, but it was his choice to take a BabbleBreak. It's unfortunate that he chose to leave over it, but that was his decision to make.
