My only suggestion is to ramp up Lyrica slowly. I had extreme unsteadiness, spaciness and almost a euphoric feeling when I tried to increase the dose quickly. I was told to wait one week before a dose increase, but I'm pretty sensitive to meds.
I can't take Lyrica during the day, however, because of the unsteadiness and feelings of depersonalization. I do experience some anti-anxiety effect. Muscle relaxation, which is the main reason I started it, poops out pretty quickly for me. This also happened with Neurontin.
I definitely like it as an adjunct to trazodone for sleep. A repeat sleep study with me on 150mg Lyrica and 50mg trazodone showed a great sleep profile.
As for Fibromyalgia pain, much of my pain comes from muscle tightness and trigger points. Lyrica helps some initially, then goes away, as I've said. But I know of someone who says it has made all the difference in the world for her FMS pain. I have anxiety/panic issues going on now, so I may be a different subset of FMS.
Good luck.

It is difficult to assess the contribution of Lyrica to this. I did feel something different early in the day, though. It was not unpleasant. I might move up to 50mg tomorrow.
