Hi.

> My doc gave Geodon about 3 months ago. But it hasnt helped me with my depression, than I added venlafaxine 300mg/day 3 weeks ago. But I felt no efect. So can Geodon be guilty of this lack of antidepressant effect? Or should I rise the venlafaxine dosage. Tanks any info.

First, I think you need to wait longer to evaluate venlafaxine. It can take 6 weeks to produce results.

I think the Geodon is NOT affecting the venlafaxine. It might be making you feel cognitive side effects, but it would not prevent the venlafaxine from working.

This is just my opinion. Other people might think differently.
