I started slow, 50 mgs. t.i.d., and increased it by 50 mgs. about every 3 days until i reached 600 mgs. Now i like 300 mgs b.i.d. I take 300 at 7:00 a.m. and 300 at 1:00 p.m. and it works beautifully.
My Pdoc took me off the EMSAM, i just wasn't feeling very good on it towards the end, and i was having insomnia problems. He put me on Zoloft 100 mgs. daily per my request. So now i am on Zoloft 100 mgs., Lyrica 600 mgs., Klonopin 1 mg. b.i.d., and Trazodone 200 mgs. at bedtime. And honestly this is the best i have felt in a year.
How are you doing Scott? I highly recommend trying high dose Lyrica. For me it has been a miracle drug! I hope and pray it lasts. ;)
