Two questions,first out of all of them is this particular med unique,are there any other options in its class of anti-psychotics?
Second,they speak of pretty high doses of acetaminophen,a few things on this,one i thought it is not recomended for long term use as its hard on the liver,i know its used in most headache otc drugs.Second its been known to interact with a lot of drugs,with a high dose such as the one you speak of id imagine that possability would increase?Last i could be wrong,but isnt acetaminophen on some occasions even been associated with worsening of depressive symsptoms.
All that aside,im still left wondering why its used in the cocktail at all?? any ideas?
