Great news that the Nardil is helping. When I was on Nardil, I started to add a stimulant (Dexedrine) to help boost the effect of the Nardil. I found that the Dexedrine, in addition to boosting the Nardil, worked great for anxiety. Things just wern't such a monumental stress anymore. It allowed me to live in the moment and I stopped worrying and started living. So it is possible for a stimulant to be calming, but living in the UK may make this option an impractical proposition. Good luck bud :-)
