Well, all bad things being connected, means that sometimes when we clear up one bad thing, a lot of other problems get better too.
When I sleep, I feel better, I function better, I'm a better person, a better friend, a better employee.
When you find something that helps you, even if it's something that makes your hair shinier, your teeth whiter, your shoes more comfortable, even something simple, it might have an effect on your mood and stress.
