I too am tappering off my luvox to start EMSAM. I've gone from l50mg to 25mg in a week or so. And I do take valium and lamictal. Stay away from the effexor withdrawal thread I know quite a few people who had absolutely no side effects from stopping effexor. Love Phillipa
