Being delusional..your world is real and yes you are awarwe of it ..psychosis and paranoia is real and you're aware and no body can convince you otherwise ...but after the choas and mess left behind and your not standing in front of buckingham palace naked claiming your're Jesus or touching a family member in a sexual manner the mind goes oops that was not the real me.
P.S I didn't do those things..someone else I knew did.
