I take 5-10mg Ambien for sleep as needed. If I have a full, active day and am on a good sleep schedule I do not always have to use a sleep aid.
I have a propensity for weight gain but since I am so poor now I have lost weight, heh. :) In my experience, a lot of what is called "weight gain" is actually edema/water retention that can be mitigated with a diuretic, such as 25-50mg hydrochlorothiazide.
Keep in mind that hydrazine sulfate has been used to treat cachexia (sp?), or wasting syndrome. Nardil is alpha-methyl-phenylethylhydrazine (hydrazine analogue of amphetamine). When I was working out 4-5 days a week, I could eat whatever I wanted and gained muscle instead of fat.
