To Dr Bob

Dr Bob,

I have a number of ids on Psychobabble and the reason for this is I'm not sure of my passwords to any of them. Fortunately on my home computer the password for this id is already there by default so I don't have to enter it.

However, whenever I use another computer I don't know what my password is and so I've tried to get it reset by using the reset function. I always get a message that a confirmation id will be sent to my email address Denise528@hotmail.com but I never seem to receive anything, hence why I have to set up a new id when using another computer.

Can you advise please?
