Your post doesn't seem at all "dumb". We're here to help each other, no judge each other-Lord knows the external world will do plenty of that for us. Dizziness is really common with anxiety/new meds-and for some reason, universally scary. No one seems to be able to say, "well, ya know how people feel a little dizzy when they get up too fast, like after exercise? Same thing. I don't think I'll worry about it" No, we all think "MY GOD! I'm going to faint!!" The funny thing is, after years and years of having exactly those thoughts with dizziness accompanying anxiety, I did faint having my blood drawn. The guy that was taking the blood couldn't find a vein (first time that's happened) and I thought at one point he was trying to get the blood by stabbing me to death! :>} He kept muttering and stabbing and I just felt a little thirsty and asked for a glass of water. Next thing I knew, they had me lying down and were taking my bp and putting ice on my head. My point is: I thought you felt dizzy before you faint-nope. It is just a very calm feeling, no symptoms at all...all those years of worrying about fainting!
