Stay with Seroquel...you can titrate to a maximum of 800mg, although for the relief of insomnia use lowest dose possible.
Try Clonidine also.
Also, old antipsychotics, Like Largactil and haldol are excellent, but be careful for symptoms of TD and TA...but Largactil is preety benign in this aspect....
