what EXACTLY happens when you mix wine in?...

I know I've asked this, sort of, before but I do not want to give up my glass of wine with dinner. What I would like to know is exaclty WHAT risks am I taking by doing so? Can anyone sort this out for me? My PA simply says yes one visit, no the next... I am confused. Here is the regime:
am:Syntrhoid, B,C,E,Actos,garlic, olive leaf
4pm: Valium (and this ONLY 1 or 2 days a week)
7pm: dinner and wine
9-10pm: Geodon, Lamictal, Resoril
