That sounds like a good list. I've heard of a couple of them, that I think are psychoanalysts too--and maybe the combination of psychodynamic and pharmacological approaches is best.
The list was compiled by Ivan Goldberg--maybe he could advise you more specifically if you emailed him. He seemingly has a website.
I'm sure there are some great people in New York also besides Goldberg, whom I don't know anything about except his web presence.Jost
