I need an antidepressant, although I havent been able to tolerate any SSRI's in the past......BUT, I am struggling terribly.....I also have terrible anxiety, and am taking ativan for that, have for years, and ambien to sleep.....my problem is I fear bad side effects, and ALSO, cannot gain weight.....I have a thryroid condition, and need to lose over a hundred pounds already and am terrified to gain more weight.....I cannot risk my health with more gaining.....I need help so bad and feel so lost and have no idea what might be a good choice. Topamax was ruled out, because I have had a kidney stone, and she thought it could cause more.....????? any thoughts would be appreciated.
