I have noticed also that I am feeling more sadness - taking half patch 3mg for 1 week now - it is better than just the heaviness of depression. I am feeling too much anxiety though, and trying to decide if I need more Benzo - currently .125 Klonapin (tapering down for the last year) .5 Xanax. I will try increasing Emsam up to 6mg, and see if anxiety is increased or decreased. Richard
