It's probably worth getting checked by a doctor, but it might be low CO2... Try breathing slowly and deeply, and see if that helps.
It's scary, but it's probably not a sign of impending seizure.
Call your doctor, and just say you're having a problem, want to rule out anything serious, and then figure out how to deal with it.
