I'm really sensitive to meds, too. I find I have to start very low and build up slowly. Maybe decrease the Zoloft dose for a couple of weeks? In answer to your question about do all SSRI's have the same, pardon the expression, "feeling" (as in "bad feeling")-no. I felt like I was falling backwards all day on Zoloft, but nothing like that on Paxil or Prozac. I was afraid of Prozac because I thought it would be too stimulating (with panic disorder, you really don't need any more stimulation than you have already!:>})-not at all.
