I've only been on Emsam for two days. Could be a placebo effect, but I feel slightly more motivated to exercise. I rode my bike to work today for the first time in three months.

The only down side I've seen is more irritability and a rise in my anxiety level. I've been taking Xanax (.25 3/day) for years and since taking Emsam I seem to have break through anxiety. I'm hoping this will subside if I take Emsam for a longer period.
