When I added Wellbutrin to my Effexor I noticed an almost immediate improvement. It was the first one I'd felt - ever.
Then I put Provigil into the mix - another improvement.
Now I'm on Adderall - extended release - instead of Provigil. Even better.
It appears I *need* the activating meds.
Current cocktail
Effexor XR - 150mg
Wellbutrin - 450mg
Adderall XR - 40 mg
And, no, I'm not wired.
