For a guy who is 6' 1" and 260 lbs. 150 mg is no big deal. It's an appropriate therapeutic dose. I have taken as much as 300 mg. No, it doesn't knock me out. Not much does. It does make me relax enough to sleep well. HS means hora somni - at bedtime.
