The intersting thing about this med, is that there seems to be an upper limit. Ie, when patients find their theraputic dose there doesn't seem to be any added benifit beyond that. Death from overdose is rare, and usually secondary to activities such as forgetting to eat, or forgetting to breath. Most patients feel no compulsion to increase their dose.
