I just had to stop Parnate cold turkey (100mg for over 4 months) because of a sudden hospital stay and the worst withdrawal symptom I had was extreme tiredness. I was put back on my old MAOI standby, Marplan which tends to make a person tired at the beginning of treatment anyway so the combination really knocked me out. Other than that I haven't felt any other withdrawal effects but I know I am one of the lucky ones.
