What's the last med adjustment you made and when did you make it?
I would take a strong dose of an antihistamine (generic Benadryl should work well for example), and get in to see a doctor. Vertigo sucks!
My best friend suffered from recurrent vertigo which would last 2-3 days at a time, until it was diagnosed as a bacterial infection. She went onto amoxicillin and it hasn't come back. She used meclizine to treat the symptoms.
